4. Appointment Requests and Scheduling
Our website may allow visitors to request consultations, Discovery Visits, evaluations, or other appointments.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment until it has been confirmed by our practice.
We reserve the right to modify appointment availability, reschedule appointments, or decline requests when appropriate.

Our free Discovery Visit is an initial conversation to discuss your concerns, goals, and whether our services may be an appropriate fit. It is not a comprehensive medical examination or treatment session.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Treatment Agreements
Information regarding services, programs, or pricing displayed on this website is subject to change without notice.
Final treatment recommendations, fees, and payment arrangements will be explained before a patient agrees to receive services.
KCR primarily offers private-pay rehabilitation services. Patients should not assume that services will be covered or reimbursed by health insurance.
Any purchase of a treatment program or healthcare service may be subject to a separate written agreement outlining the applicable services, payment obligations, cancellation provisions, and refund terms.
If a separate signed patient agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding purchased healthcare services, the applicable patient agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Appointment cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated through the applicable scheduling process or patient agreement.
For prepaid rehabilitation programs, refunds are governed by the applicable signed program agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in that agreement, when a patient requests a refund before completing a prepaid program, completed visits are charged at the standard individual visit rate of $479 per visit, and the remaining eligible balance is refunded.
Any refund calculation will be subject to the terms of the patient's agreement and applicable law.
Refunds are not guaranteed for services already rendered.
7. SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
By separately opting in to receive SMS messages from Kalamazoo Chiropractic & Rehabilitation, you agree to the following messaging terms.
